Dani and Troy’s elopement in Malta was simple, intimate, and full of heart. Travelling all the way from Australia, they chose to celebrate their wedding day in a way that felt beautifully personal — focused not on a large celebration, but on the meaning of the moment itself.

Their ceremony took place at St Paul’s Anglican Church in Valletta, a peaceful and historic setting in the heart of Malta’s capital city. With no large production and no unnecessary distractions, the ceremony carried a quiet emotional weight - their promises, and the beginning of a new chapter together.

After the ceremony, we spent the afternoon wandering through Valletta, allowing the city to become part of their story. The golden limestone streets, old doors, quiet corners, and soft afternoon light created a timeless backdrop for portraits that felt natural and honest.

From Valletta, we continued the photoshoot in Mdina, one of Malta’s most romantic locations. Its narrow streets, silence, and historic atmosphere perfectly suited the feeling of the day. There was something incredibly beautiful about seeing Dani and Troy simply enjoying the experience together — walking, laughing, holding each other close, and taking in the magic of Malta.

What made this elopement so special was its simplicity. There were no complicated timelines or grand gestures — just genuine emotion, beautiful places, and two people fully present with each other.

Dani and Troy’s wedding was a reminder that an elopement does not need to be big to be unforgettable. Sometimes the most meaningful celebrations are the quietest ones, filled with love, intention, and heartfelt moments that will stay with you forever.

Congratulations once again, Dani and Troy. It was an honour to document your beautiful Malta elopement.
