Francesca and Chris’ wedding day was a beautiful reminder of what truly matters, sharing a meaningful moment with the people you love most. Their celebration, which took place earlier this December, blended heartfelt emotion, timeless elegance, and an unmistakable sense of joy that followed them throughout the day.
The morning unfolded quietly, beginning with Chris’ preparations in Birżebbuġa, followed by Francesca getting ready in Żejtun. There was a calm excitement in the air, the kind that comes from months of planning finally giving way to something real. Francesca wore a stunning gown by Eva Mariee, a design that felt both elegant and contemporary. Her look was completed with soft, refined makeup by Lyanne Sawyer, hair styled by Fab, and jewellery from Sterling Jewellery, all coming together effortlessly.
The ceremony took place at the Żejtun Parish Church, where Francesca and Chris exchanged vows surrounded by family and close friends. The beautiful voice of Dorothy Bezzina filled the church, adding warmth and depth to a ceremony that felt intimate despite its grand setting. The glances, the smiles, the quiet emotion, are what truly tell the story of a wedding day.
After the ceremony, as it was windy we decided to do some portraits inside Villa Arrigo. The reception at Villa Arrigo was a perfect transition into the evening full of elegance, lively, and full of energy. With décor by Golden Edge and floral arrangements by Nanette, the space was transformed into a refined yet welcoming setting.
The music carried the night forward, with Red Electric and DJ Barthet setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration. Francesca and Chris shared their first dance to “Nothing Else Matters”, a powerful and emotional moment that reflected their connection. Later in the night, the dancefloor came alive — from sentimental favourites like “Another Love” to songs that truly got everyone moving.
What stood out most about Francesca and Chris’ wedding was their genuine focus on togetherness — celebrating not just the day itself, but the journey that led them there. It was an honour to document their story and preserve these memories in a way that feels true, timeless, and deeply personal.
