We always have to look at the bright side of things. Although the Covid pandemic has hit the wedding world really badly and created alot of uncertainty, it has allowed me to explore more of Malta and its natural beauty. I have been in places around the island which I certainly would never have explored or seen with my eyes.
It has helped me discover remote areas, hidden gems and new places for photoshoots! I probably should be writing a book on the various places and walks I have explored and done, but let me limit myself to a detailed blog post! Most of the time I did not even take a camera with me, but my Xiaomi MI9 phone did the job quite well.
Below are some of the places I visited. Most of the images are taken with my mobile phone while some are with my camera when I was still happy to carry my cameras around at the start of the pandemic in 2020. I am sure this guide will help you get the most of the Malta landscapes for your pre and post wedding photoshoots and also for your hiking enjoyment!
I have tried to group the walks / locations with the map to make things easy as possible… using anti clockwise approach… starting from the Munxar Path… to Selmun area. I am sure you will find this useful!
