The second day of Nikita and Ankit’s wedding began with preparations at the Grand Hotel Excelsior in Valletta, as both bride and groom got ready for one of the most important moments of their lives. There was a beautiful sense of anticipation throughout the morning — the kind of quiet excitement that builds before a deeply emotional ceremony.

Nikita’s bridal look was brought together by Varisha Hair Makeup Mendhi, with jewellery from Red Dot Jewels UK adding an elegant and meaningful finishing touch. Every detail reflected the richness and beauty of the occasion, while still feeling personal to her.

The ceremony took place at Limestone Heritage, a uniquely Maltese setting that offered a warm, textured backdrop for their Indian wedding. Surrounded by natural stone, open space, and the presence of their loved ones, Nikita and Ankit celebrated their marriage in a way that beautifully brought together tradition, emotion, and place.

One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the moment Nikita had been looking forward to most — when the cloth came down during the ceremony and she could finally see Ankit. It was a powerful moment filled with emotion, joy, and the beautiful symbolism of two people stepping into married life together.

With music by Anish DJ, the atmosphere carried both reverence and celebration. Every part of the ceremony felt alive with meaning — from the rituals and gestures to the reactions of family and friends witnessing it all.

After the ceremony, we spent time around Limestone Heritage for portraits, making use of the venue’s distinctive Maltese textures and natural atmosphere. The colours, traditions, and emotional energy of the day came together beautifully against this historic backdrop.

Nikita and Ankit’s ceremony was a heartfelt celebration of love and tradition — a moment that felt both intimate and grand, personal and shared.
