Peter and Lucy’s wedding was a beautifully intimate celebration — relaxed, heartfelt, and centred around the people closest to them. Travelling to Malta for their special day, they created a wedding that felt personal from beginning to end, with a calm atmosphere, meaningful details, and a warm sense of togetherness.
The day began at Villa Luma in Sliema, where both Peter and Lucy prepared before heading to the ceremony. With a smaller guest list, the morning felt peaceful and personal, allowing space for quiet anticipation and those natural in-between moments that make a wedding day so meaningful.
Lucy wore a beautiful gown from Bijoux Bridal, with makeup by Sybele Khutri and hair by The Hairstylist. Her look was elegant and timeless, perfectly suited to the relaxed yet refined feel of the day. The bouquets and buttonholes, created with artificial flowers by Posy and Peonies, added a thoughtful and lasting detail to the celebration.
Their ceremony took place at Limestone Heritage, a venue that offers a uniquely Maltese backdrop with its warm stone textures and rustic charm. With music by Yara Violinist Malta, the ceremony felt intimate and emotional, surrounded by family and friends who had travelled to share this moment with them.
Planned by Helen Falzon, the day flowed beautifully from ceremony into dinner and evening celebrations. After the vows, guests gathered for a seated dinner and speeches, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere where everyone could truly enjoy the moment without feeling rushed.
As the evening continued, Peter and Lucy cut their wedding cake before sharing their first dance to “Five Leaf Clover” by Luke Combs — a heartfelt choice that perfectly reflected the emotion of the day. Their other favourite songs, “Dandelions” by Ruth B and “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” by ABBA, added a beautiful mix of romance and fun to the celebration.
With cinematography by Kurt Cauchi, music by Malta DJ Events, and florals by David Grech, every part of the day came together in a way that felt effortless and genuine.
