Rebecca and Brian’s wedding day was filled with heartfelt simplicity, tender glances, and timeless moments that spoke deeply of their love for each other.
Their day began calmly, with Brian preparing at his home in St. Julians while Rebecca got ready at her residence in Marsascala. As I photographed her bridal preparation, there was a beautiful sense of anticipation in the air. Her elegant gown by Eva Mariee complemented her perfectly, while Sybele Khutri’s makeup artistry and Nicole Cunningham’s hairstyling highlighted her natural beauty.
Their ceremony took place at Marsascala Church. Rebecca had shared with me before how she was most excited about walking down the aisle and the moment they would exit the church as husband and wife. Indeed, those moments were filled with genuine emotion, happy tears, and radiant smiles that lit up their faces.
After the ceremony, we paused briefly for portraits at Marsaskala Park near the chapel, where the golden evening light filtered beautifully through the trees. We then continued to Villa Mdina in Naxxar, their chosen reception venue. The gardens and classic architecture provided the perfect backdrop for timeless and elegant couple portraits before they rejoined their guests.
Their reception was a joyful celebration featuring music by The Alchemists and DJ Pierre Cordina. Their first dance to “Everything I Do, I Do It For You” was heartfelt and intimate.
Flowers by Nanette Floral Designer added subtle elegance to their day, and their stylish transport was provided by Borg Garage.
What stood out most was their warmth towards everyone present and their desire to simply enjoy each moment as it unfolded. Their wedding was a beautiful reminder that true love does not need extravagance to shine - it shines brightest in authenticity, shared laughter, and quiet embraces.
