Its summer and with the heat, days of rest come along. After some weekend weddings a few days in Gozo were needed to recharge myself. Although as a wedding photographer here in Malta, the summer months are particularly busy, I still decided that I could not stay without my camera. Armed with the compact yet powerful Sony RX1Rii, I made my way to Gozo to relax and explore.

All of the the shots below were taken in Victoria (the capital city of Gozo), Ghajnsielem (near the port of Mgarr), Nadur (the second largest village of Gozo) and Gharb (the tranquil village of Frenc tal-Gharb)… As always exploring and meeting new people is always refreshing experience.

Maybe these shots make you want to visit Gozo, which is still a place where clocks seem to tick at a slower rate.
