Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of documenting Kayleigh and Daniel’s wedding day — a celebration filled with emotion, elegance, and a deep sense of togetherness. From the quiet anticipation of the morning preparations to a joyful night surrounded by family and close friends, their wedding unfolded beautifully and naturally, just the way it should.

The day began with Daniel’s preparations in Mosta, followed by Kayleigh getting ready in Għaxaq, where the atmosphere was calm yet full of excitement. Kayleigh’s wedding dress by Ivory & Co was timeless and refined, perfectly complemented by her jewellery from Zsa Zsa. Her makeup, done by Janice Baldacchino and Nicole, together with her hair styled by Maria Pace, reflected a soft, elegant look that felt true to her personality.

The ceremony took place at the Ħal Għaxaq Parish Church, a setting that carried deep meaning for the couple. As Kayleigh walked down the aisle, Daniel’s reaction said everything — a moment she had been looking forward to, and one that perfectly captured the emotion of the day. The ceremony was accompanied by the beautiful voice of Annalise, adding warmth and reverence to an already moving celebration.

After the ceremony, we took a short stroll around the church surroundings for portraits, allowing Kayleigh and Daniel a quiet moment together before joining their guests at Villa Overhills. Group and family photos were followed by a relaxed reception where the couple spent time mingling with their loved ones, enjoying every moment without rush.

As the evening unfolded, thoughtful details came together seamlessly — from the décor and floral arrangements by Rita Schembri to the lively atmosphere created by DJ Pierre Cordina. Their first dance to “Young and Beautiful” was both romantic and intimate, setting the tone for an evening of dancing, laughter, and heartfelt conversations that carried on late into the night.

Kayleigh and Daniel’s wedding was a true reflection of what they value most: meaningful moments, genuine emotion, and celebrating love with the people closest to them. It was an honour to document such a beautiful day and preserve memories they will cherish for a lifetime.
